Theresa started working for the town of Red Hook as highway clerk in 2005. She was appointed

to the position of highway superintendent in 2010 and has been elected 4 times. She served as the President of the Dutchess County Association of Highway Superintendents for 7 years and is currently the DCATSH Treasurer, and was appointed to 3^rd Vice President of NYSAOTSOH. In 2022 Theresa achieved Road Master Level 4 in the Cornell Local Roads Program.

For 25 years Theresa was in the restaurant business before moving to Red Hook with her husband John and their two children. Her interests include spending time outdoors and volunteering for various non-profit groups.
