Chase started his career with the town of Sherburne in 2014 when he was appointed for one

year as highway superintendent. The following November he was elected to serve a two-year

term which would fulfill the four-year term vacated by the former superintendent. Since November 2017 he has been re-elected twice. He and his crew are responsible for 63.19 miles of road. All 63.19 miles, except about 1 mile, are paved and maintained year-round.

Chase is married to his wife Suzanne, they have three children, Brogan, Jordan and Garret. Chase’s recreational pastime of choice is hunting Whitetails with gun or bow and arrow.
